For costume party decorations, you could decorate the room where the movie will be watched with lots of pink and purple dainty items. A table made from a piece of plywood over the coffee table will be the perfect height for little girls to sip tea at. Put an inexpensive pink or purple sheet over it for a tablecloth and set the table with teacups, small plates and napkins purchased from a dollar store.
The costumes could be easily constructed from items on hand. Provide each child with a wand and a crown as they arrive. These can be purchased very reasonably from many discount stores.
